Bond 2025 Thank You

Triad School District voters have approved the district’s zero-rate-change bond proposal in the April 1 election, securing $99.2 million in funding for critical facility improvements. Unofficial results indicate that  67% of voters supported the measure, well surpassing the required 50% majority for passage.

The approved plan includes the construction of a new middle school, a new auditorium, and renovations to Marine Elementary, along with essential safety and security upgrades across all district schools.

Superintendent Dr. Jason Henderson expressed his gratitude to the communities for their support: "I am pleased to share that our communities voted to approve the Triad zero-rate-change bond proposal. The passage of this bond allows us to improve our schools, enhance student safety, and provide facilities that support our students' educational needs.

This plan enables Triad to continue providing the schools that our students deserve while maintaining the current tax rate. Improving our schools now will benefit future generations of students and homeowners. I am proud to be part of communities that value and take great pride in their schools.”

In the coming weeks, Triad will begin planning and scheduling projects included in the bond issue.
