Join us for the first annual TRIADventures Coding Camp! These camps are “make and take,”which means students will learn about a technology throughout the week, and then at the end of the camp bring home their very own tool to keep the learning going ALL summer long!

Camps will take place June 10-13 at Silver Creek Elementary. There will be a morning session from 9:00-12:00 and an afternoon session from 12:30-3:30. Each camp will run a session in the morning and afternoon. Camps will be $125 each.

Click here to register your kids today through our online sign up website!

You can also print a copy of the flyer and mail your registration to Silver Creek Elementary by clicking here.

If you would like your child to participate in a morning and afternoon session, your total cost would be $250. There will be a half hour for lunch between sessions. NO lunch will be provided, so campers will need to bring a sack lunch from home who plan to stay for both sessions.

A limited number of scholarships are available. You can contact Sarah.Phelps@tcusd2.org if you would like to apply.

Sessions available are as follows:

Elementary Camps (students entering 2nd through 5th grade):

Sphero- Sphero is such a versatile little robot!  During this camp, kids will learn how to control Sphero using the drive, draw, and blocks functions.  Each day will bring a new challenge, combining computer science and robotics with engineering and making!  At the end of the camp, participants will take home their very own Sphero Mini!

Ozobot- Ozobot is small but mighty!  This tiny robot can do more than just follow a line!  Ozobot can be programmed with color codes and Ozoblockly.  During coding camp, kids will learn all the ways to control Ozobot as well as get creative engineering solutions to some of the of the challenges Ozobot finds itself in!  At the end of this camp, participants will take home their very own Ozobot Bit!

Bloxels- Who loves to play video games?  Now who wants to create their very own?!  With Bloxels you can design your own adventure from the characters you develop to the story your game tells.  During this camp, you’ll learn all about the design process as you develop your game from storyboard to end flag.  At the end of this camp, participants will take home their very own Bloxels set!
