Angie Bigham, 8th Grade Reading Teacher, is retiring after 20 years of service in the Triad District.  Mrs. Bigham received her degrees from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  Mrs. Bigham served on several committees over the years and hosted many student teachers. She is known for her smile and easy going nature.  Over the 20 years Mrs. Bigham remembers so many students who encountered hardships either at school or during life after TMS.  Because of those students and memories, she found it important to embrace all the TMS activities that supported students and families in need.  Change drives, goofy costumes and getting egged were all fun and for a good cause-helping Triad students and families.   More than anything though, she will treasure the lasting friendships she has made at Triad Middle School!  Mrs. Bigham is certain that there are travel plans in her future with her husband but will also enjoy reflecting on all those moments as a teacher when she knew she was making a difference. We wish Mrs. Bigham safe travels, lots of time to read-possibly around a campfire on Kentucky Lake. Congrats, Angie!!
